Return Policy:

We pledge to deliver 100% satisfaction. Customers reserve the right to return or request a refund for any jewelry purchases, including earrings and necklaces, within 30 days of purchase, for any reason whatsoever. 
To initiate a return, customers must provide proof of purchase or order number.
The jewelry items being returned must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and include all original accessories and packaging.

Refunds:

Once a return is accepted and confirmed to meet the requirements of the return policy, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and are typically completed within 7 business days after the return is accepted.
The refund amount will deduct the shipping fee from the original order (if applicable).

Damaged Products:

If the received jewelry items are damaged or have manufacturing defects during transportation, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the products.
We may require you to provide photos or other evidence to verify the damage.
Once the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement product or a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Biovan E-commerce Co., Ltd., 2nd Floor, Building 22, Beiyuan Street, Yongjun District, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, 322000, China.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless it is due to a product quality issue. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
